Version 1.1 - New Custom Material Generator

The biggest upgrade to 3DLogoLab so far is here — a brand new Custom Material Generator that gives you full control over how your 3D logo looks, feels, and reacts to light. Whether you’re creating premium brand visuals or stylised textures, this update unlocks a whole new level of realism.
🎨 Core Material Controls
Quickly fine-tune the base look of your logo in real time:
Color Picker – Set any base colour.
Reflection Strength – Control gloss vs. matte.
Surface Texture – Add subtle or strong micro-detail.
Surface Strength – Adjust intensity of the texture.
Texture Size – Scale the texture for fine or bold detail.
⚙️ Advanced Map Uploads (Tutorial)
You can now upload texture maps to create fully custom materials. This lets you achieve ultra-specific looks like brushed metal, stone, leather, carbon fibre, painted surfaces, fabric texture, and more.
Download the following maps, then upload them into 3DLogoLab:
1. Diffuse / Albedo Map (Colour Map)
- Defines the colour and pattern of the surface. The image is often simply titled "color".
- Upload to: 👉 Diffuse Map section.
- Use cases: Printed textures Camouflage Concrete, stone, metal patterns Brand patterns or graphic detail.
2. Roughness Map
- Controls which parts are shiny, semi-gloss, or matte. Black areas = shiny. White areas = rough/matte. The image is often titled "Roughness".
- Upload to: 👉 Roughness Map section.
- Use cases: Brushed metal, Worn edges, Glossy logo with matte typography, Fingerprint-style imperfections.
3. Normal Map
- Adds surface depth — bumps, grooves, scratches, fabric weave, etc. The image is often titled "Normal.gl".
- Upload to: 👉 Normal Map section.
- Use cases: Engraved or embossed logos, Leather grain, Carbon fibre Metal scratches, Stone or wood texture.
